You remain entirely responsible for the security of your device and network environment.

5. User Responsibilities & Content Ownership

You retain all existing intellectual property rights and ownership over the image files you select and process. By using our tools, you confirm and warrant that:

• You own the copyright or possess lawful authorization and necessary licenses to process, resize, or convert the selected images.
• Your use of the images does not infringe upon any third party's intellectual property, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.
• You are solely responsible for keeping backup copies of your original files before processing them.

6. Prohibited Uses

• We cannot and do not guarantee exact byte sizes, identical output across different operating systems, or successful execution on unusually large or corrupted image files.
• Verification Requirement: You must always inspect and verify that converted or resized images satisfy the exact dimension, file size, and visual quality rules of your target portal (e.g., government job forms, passport portals, academic submissions, or production servers) before uploading.

8. Intellectual Property of WebP Shrink
